ROSE PARADE TOUR PACKAGES WILL INCLUDE

  • Three nights at either The Huntley Hotel Santa Monica or the Courtyard By Marriott in El Segundo. The Huntley is located two blocks to the ocean, Santa Monica Pier and the 3rd Street Promenade where there are many restaurants, sports bars and entertainment areas. The hotel web site is www.thehuntleyhotel.com. The Courtyard By Marriott is located two miles from the LA Airport and 4 miles to the ocean. The hotel website is www.marriott.com. Our clients have been happy with both hotels for past events. From the Courtyard Hotel on December 30, 31 and January 1, Diamond Travel will provide a shuttle service to and from Manhattan Beach. Manhattan Beach is four miles from the hotel. There are nice restaurants sports bars and shops in this area. This is a very nice area to walk around.
  • A reserved grandstand ticket to the ROSE PARADE 10 minutes from the front of the parade with the sun at your back. The parking for the parade is next to the parade seats.
  • Admission to the float decorating barns at the Rose Bowl on the morning of December 31.
  • POST FLOAT VIEWING AFTER THE PARADE AT VICTORY PARK IN PASADENA. You will be able to walk around and view the floats up close.
  • Transportation to and from all events.
  • Lunch at Hamlet Restaurant in Pasadena after the parade and prior to
    going to Victory Park

All prices outlined are per person based on double occupancy. Extra nights are available. Single, triple and quad rates are also available. All prices are subject to change until a deposit has been received. Payments can be made on all packages.

A limited amount of two night packages are available at the Courtyard By Marriott for $699 per person based on two sharing a room. Single, triple and quad rate pricing is available upon request.

SAMPLE ROSE PARADE ITINERARY

Sunday Dec. 30th

Check into the hotel and enjoy your afternoon and evening. Diamond Travel will have a hospitality table setup in the lobby area of the hotel to assist you with any needs or requests you may have such as a restaurant options or sightseeing options.

Monday December 31st

Depart at approximately 7:45AM for the float viewing at the Rose Bowl. We should return about 12:30PM.

Tuesday January 1st

Enjoy a nice continental breakfast prior to departing for the Rose Parade. We will depart for the parade at approximately 6:00AM as the parade approaches our seating area at 8:20AM. The parade seats are very nice as we have grandstand seating with the sun at your back. After the parade you will either return directly to the hotel where you should arrive about 12 Noon or for those who have selected to attend the POST FLOAT VIEWING at Victory Park you will take the bus to Victory Park and than back to the hotel. You should return about 4:30PM. For those going on to Victory Park you will be provided with lunch after the parade. The parade ends about 10:30AM and Victory Park open at 1:00PM. For those going on to Victory Park, you will be provided with lunch at Hamlet Restaurant.
